What a credit actually buys

Credits are spent per generation. The cost depends on the engine you pick and the length of the clip — nothing else. A 5-second Balance video costs 3.5 credits.

So 15 free credits are about 4 videos, a 30-credit pack is about 8, and Pro Monthly's 120 credits are about 34 every month — all at 5s on Balance.

Which credits expire, and which do not

Both kinds sit in the same balance, and generations spend the subscription credits first — so the ones with an expiry date get used before the ones without.

Pro Monthly credits refresh

  • 120 credits are granted at the start of each billing month.
  • They do not roll over — each renewal replaces the remaining subscription credits instead of adding to them.
  • Cancel any time; unused subscription credits are removed when the subscription ends.

Pack credits are permanent

  • Credits from a one-off pack never expire.
  • They survive a cancelled subscription and quiet months.
  • Free signup credits behave the same way — yours until you spend them.

Pricing questions

What is a credit?

A credit is what one generation costs. A 5-second video on the Balance engine costs 3.5 credits, a 10-second one costs double. Faster engines cost less, the highest-quality engine costs more, so you only pay for the render you actually asked for.

Do subscription credits roll over?

No. Pro Monthly grants 120 credits at the start of each billing month and those credits replace whatever is left of the previous month's — unused subscription credits are not carried forward, and they are removed when the subscription ends. Credits from one-off packs are separate and permanent.

Do credit packs expire?

No. Credits bought in a pack stay on your account until you spend them. There is no monthly minimum and no expiry date.

What happens if a generation fails?

The credits go back to your balance automatically, into the same buckets they were taken from. You are never charged for a video we failed to deliver.

Can I try Spacely before paying?

Yes. Every new account starts with 15 free credits — about 4 videos of 5 seconds — with no card required.

Refunds, chargebacks and the full billing terms are covered in the Terms of Service. Questions? support@spacelyapp.com
